Advisory Committee


Connor, Clark & Lunn Infrastructure has established an Advisory Committee to provide guidance and counsel to the business and to advise on any perceived or actual conflicts of interest. The members of the Advisory Committee are active in the markets that Connor, Clark & Lunn Infrastructure is targeting and offer significant experience, relationships and advice.

The biographies of the Advisory Committee members are below.

Committee Members

Brian Kenning

Brian Kenning was formerly a Managing Partner of Brookfield Asset Management and is currently a director of MAXAR Technologies Ltd., British Columbia Ferry Services Inc., West Fraser Timber Co. Ltd., and Adventus Realty Trust as well as Vice-Chair of the Fraser Institute. Over the past ten years Mr. Kenning has served as Director of a number of public and private corporations. Mr. Kenning is also a past Governor of the B.C. Business Council, a past Director of the B.C. chapter of the Institute of Corporate Directors, and has served as Board Chairman of St. George's School (1998-2000) and Board Chairman of Brentwood College School (1990-1995). Mr. Kenning graduated Queen's University with an MBA.

Patrick Madigan

Patrick Madigan is currently the President of Terrma Capital Corp., which is an equity investor in infrastructure assets located in Canada and abroad. Prior to joining Terrma, Mr. Madigan spent 20 years in the investment banking industry, including senior management positions with RBC Dominion Securities and Macquarie North America, where he provided financial advisory services and financing to numerous utility and infrastructure projects, with a particular focus on independent power projects. Mr. Madigan holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from McGill University and an MBA from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.

Paul Pugh

Paul Pugh has previously held positions as Senior Vice President of the Public Investment Division of OMERS Administration Corporation and Chief Investment Officer for Alberta Revenue's Investment Management Division. He is a former Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Third Canadian General Investment Trust Limited, a former Director and Chair of the Investment Committee of the Canadian Health Services Research Foundation and a past President of the Toronto CFA Society. Mr. Pugh has extensive experience in managing investment organizations and portfolios in the insurance, endowment, mutual fund and pension areas. Mr. Pugh also held senior roles at Prudential Assurance, Empire Life, and Sun Life. He earned his BSc and MBA from McGill University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
