Step 1: How to Apply
Once you’ve identified an opportunity that matches your work experience, education, and interest, we invite you to apply. You can do so by submitting a cover letter and resume to careers@cclgroup.com. We thank all applicants for their interest but only those short listed for an interview will be contacted.
Step 2: The Assessment
Applicants who have been short listed for a role will be contacted by a member of the HR team. Depending on the role, we may initiate the process through an HR phone interview, hiring manager phone interview, web cam interview or in-person interview. The interview process is an opportunity for all parties to evaluate the fit for a role and we encourage you to ask questions during the process.
In some cases, applicants may be asked to complete a written test, personality assessment, and/or a background check.
Step 3: The Decision
Once a hiring decision has been made, we will extend an offer via telephone or in-person. If you are not selected for a particular role after your interview, you will receive communication from the hiring team.
General Applications
If there are no positions available or the current positions do not match your skills and abilities but you are interested in upcoming opportunities, e-mail your resume to careers@cclgroup.com. Your resume will be kept on file for 6 months and you will be contacted if an appropriate position arises.
