Dimetrius (Jim) Schetakis, CFA, BA Economics

Jim is President and Chief Investment Officer of Gyrus. With over 24 years' experience as an investment professional, Jim spent the last two years in Tactical Asset Allocation at Manulife Financial Corporation. Prior to that, he had spent 15 years as Director and Senior Portfolio Manager of US Equities—5 years at CDP Capital (formerly a subsidiary of Caisse de Depot et Placement du Quebec) and 10 years at Ontario Hydro Pension Fund.

Martin Toner, CFA

Martin joined the Gyrus investment team in March 2010. Most recently he was part of the US equity team at BIMCOR where he helped manage a $2 billion portfolio. Prior to that, Martin spent 2 years at Genuity covering the Canadian media space and monitoring the global comparables. Martin has both an HBA and MBA from the University of Western Ontario, Richard Ivey Business School and is a CFA charterholder.
