Proxy Voting

On June 1, 2005, National Instrument 81-106 – Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure (“NI 81-106”) came into effect. NI 81-106 requires each investment fund’s proxy voting record for the period ending June 30 of each year to be posted on the investment fund’s website on an annual basis no later than August 31 of each year. In compliance with NI 81-106, as manager, CC&L PC compiles and maintains annual proxy voting records for each of the Portfolios, for the annual periods beginning July 1 and ending June 30 of the following year and posts each Portfolio’s proxy voting record on the this website by August 31 in the relevant year. CC&L PC will deliver a copy of the Portfolios’ proxy voting record free of charge to the Portfolios’ unitholders upon request.
