• Invest alongside high quality development and operating teams that have a need for capital but want to preserve their operating autonomy;

• Invest in a broad range of energy and traditional infrastructure assets and businesses, including power generation, electricity transmission, roads, bridges, terminals and water treatment and distribution;

• Target late development and construction stage projects and operating projects with optimization potential;

• Focus on projects with enterprise values of $25 million - $750 million in the North American market;

• Establish significant minority or majority ownership positions in the projects and businesses in which it invests.
