Connor, Clark & Lunn Infrastructure has established an Advisory Committee to provide guidance and counsel to the business and to advise on any perceived or actual conflicts of interest. The members of the Advisory Committee are active in the markets that Connor, Clark & Lunn Infrastructure is targeting and offer significant experience, relationships and advice. The biographies of the Advisory Committee members are outlined below:
Roger Dall’Antonia
Mr. Dall’Antonia is currently Vice President of Corporate Development and Treasurer of Terasen In.c, which is the principal natural gas distribution company in British Columbia and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fortis Inc. Prior to joining Terasen, Mr. Dall’Antonia spent over a decade in the energy industry in senior financial roles, which included the oversight of project financing initiatives for energy infrastructure projects, such as the Island Cogeneration Plant, a 240 MW cogeneration plant on Vancouver Island, the Duke Point Power Project, a 250 MW generation project previously proposed for Vancouver Island, and the Corridor Pipeline, a 450 km pipeline transporting bitumen from the oil sands region in northern Alberta. Roger holds a BBA from Simon Fraser University, an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Patrick Madigan
Mr. Madigan is currently the President of Terrma Capital Corp., which is an equity investor in infrastructure assets located in Canada and abroad. Prior to joining Terrma, Mr. Madigan spent 20 years in the investment banking industry, including senior management positions with RBC Dominion Securities and Macquarie North America, where he provided financial advisory services and financing to numerous utility and infrastructure projects, with a particular focus on independent power projects. Mr. Madigan holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from McGill University and an MBA from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. |
