Connor, Clark & Lunn Natural Resources class is a Class of shares ("Class A Shares") issued by the Connor, Clark & Lunn Capital Class Inc. (the "Fund”). The Fund's Class A Shares seek to generate long-term growth by providing investors with exposure to Canadian natural resource companies. The portfolio is actively managed by Connor, Clark & Lunn Investment Management Ltd. ("CC&L" or the “Investment Manager”).

Investors who received Class A Shares pursuant to the rollover of a flow-through limited partnership can defer paying capital gains tax by maintaining their investment in the Fund.
