On February 4 2008, the Connor, Clark & Lunn Global Financials Fund II (GFT) completed its merger with Connor, Clark & Lunn Global Financials Fund (GFF) by acquiring all the outstanding units of GFF. 1.136 units of GFT were issued in exchange for each unit of GFF.
