Investment Manager

Connor, Clark & Lunn Capital Markets Inc. (the "Manager") will act as Manager of the Fund. The Manager is a leading provider of investment products that has raised since 2004. The Manager is part of the Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group, which has of assets under management through its affiliated investment managers on behalf of institutional, private and retail clients.

Sub-Advisor

Jupiter Asset Management Limited (‘‘Jupiter’’) and its portfolio manager, Mr. de Blonay, act as investment sub-advisor for the fund.

Launched in 1985 as a specialist boutique, Jupiter has grown to be one of the UK's most successful and respected investment management groups. They have developed a reputation for achieving outperformance across a broad variety of portfolios specializing in different markets, including UK equities, Europe, global financials and emerging markets. They manage assets for both private investors and instituitons across a range of UK and international mutual funds, multi-manager products, hedge funds, institutional mandates and investment companies.

Mr. de Blonay joined Juipter in January 2010 and is a member of the Juipter Financials team. He took over as Lead Manager of the Fund in January 2011, having previously co-managed the Fund with Philip Gibbs (who managed the Fund from launch in 1997) from June 2010. Previously Mr. de Blonay worked at New Star/Henderson for eight years managing financial mandates including the Henderson New Star Global Financials Fund. Prior to this, he worked for six years as an Analyst at Jupiter.
