Tax Information

Limited Partners will receive such information as is necessary to enable them to complete their income tax reporting in respect of their interests in the Partnership on or before March 31, 2011. Tax slips will be sent to you from your Investment Advisor's back office. Please be advised that Connor, Clark & Lunn Capital Markets does not keep investor information and therefore does not produce tax slips.

The federal and Quebec tax shelter identification numbers in respect of the Partnership are TS076612 and QAF-10-01380, respectively. The identification numbers issued for this tax shelter shall be included in any income tax return filed by the investor. Issuance of the identification numbers is for administrative purposes only and does not in any way confirm the entitlement of an investor to claim any tax benefits associated with the tax shelter.
